Had an excellent experience when our campervan was dropped off at this garage by a recovery truck. They were very helpful and looked at the issue as quickly as possible despite the van being brought to them out of the blue. They figured out the issue and repaired it quickly for a reasonable price. Very grateful for their help.

I chased twice yesterday for an invoice to be sent and called an additional two times yesterday to make payment but they were too busy to deal with this. They called me this morning saying they wouldn’t release our commercial vehicle until they received payment…….not impressed. Maybe they should have took payment from me yesterday when I called twice to chase the invoice and an additional two times to make payment?

This is a response to the review by Abdi Ali Google has no response for these reviews but we couldn't let a complete fabrication of events like this remain without a response Whilst doing an MOT test on the customers car the brake pipe burst The brakes are put under pressure for exactly this reason (thank God this never happened whilst driving) and the headlight was found to be loose and the plastic mountings were broken due to some previous accident on the front. Of course these are MOT failures and whilst nobody likes good news it is not fair to take it out on the messenger When the customer came to pick the vehicle up we told him he couldn't drive it (it had no brakes) we did not refuse to give it to him but it needed to be towed. we ended up doing the repair on the hose for a low price so he could remove the vehicle. ( I wish we hadn't now, trying to be helpful seems to get punished nowadays ). How he came to spin this preposterous story for what really happened heaven only knows.
