   Following a “fail to start” on my 2018 B180d , the AA technician managed to get it going by bypassing the ignition. He got me booked into Milton’s late yesterday afternoon. Checked this morning , diagnosed glow plug failure. New glow plugs fitted and back on the road this afternoon. Great service and cheaper than main dealerships.

   First came across Milton Autos whilst looking for a garage who could carry out fleet vehicle safety inspections. After working with both Neil & Gary, I knew from then on that if I ever purchased a Mercedes, this is where I would take it for anything needed. Neil & Gary are fantastic people, very knowledgeable and always willing to help. Prices are extremely competitive. A year on, I did buy my very own M-B. The engine management light came on at 2pm the day before I was due to drive to France. Took it straight to Milton Autos, Neil plugged it into diagnostics, found the fault and gave me a courtesy car so I could go home and finish packing whilst they repaired the fault. Car was ready to be collected by 4.30pm, if that is not service then I don't know what is! Thank you Milton Autos! I will always recommend you!

   If you own a Mercedes Benz you should take it here for all your servicing and maintenance needs! Very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and really go out of their way to help. I suffered a broken road spring 48 hours before I was due to go on holiday - I don’t know how they did it but they managed to order the part and get it fitted in a little over 24 hours - my heroes.

   I have had a number mercedes cars having used main and other independent specialists so i can say from experience that Milton are the best . You are treated with respect and all members of staff are very professional Neil is so enthusiastic about the brand and genuinely loves the mark . I have an sl at the moment and over the Christmas period one year I had a problem with the roof even though they were shut Neil offered to help now that's customer service! Whilst I own a Mercedes I will always bring it here I can't recommend them enough.

   Recently had MOT work carried out and a few extra bits done to my 2016 c220D, won’t trust anywhere else with my car, from the quote to the finish the process is professional, not to mention it’s half the price of the dealerships. The courtesy car is always clean and topped up with fuel ready to collect.

   If you have a Mercedes in the south west don't go to a dealer. The difference is night and day and they no every model inside and out extremely knowledgeable. OEM parts only used and not main dealer labour rates , they did a full gearbox service and gearbox oil cooler and a A service. Gary said we treat your car like our own, They do !

   My friend recommended these guys as they have good knowledge of Mercedes cars. I travelled from Bristol to Weston Super-Mare (25 miles away) but well worth it. They fixed the air-bag issue (damaged connector cable) on my 2012 C-class estate. The price was great around £100. (Mercedes main dealer were going to charge £300). They also did a better job of putting the dash panels back properly which Mercedes dealer did very poorly. Thank you all the Guys at Milton Autos. I will visit again and pass on my recommendation. (i rarely do Google reviews but this deserves one)
