   I had my first tattoo at dragos in warrington by Maria on Thursday 9th December 2025, from the booking process with the amazing, unique Rosie who is easy to speak to/deal with she helped in so many ways from all the contact I needed to also reassurance. I met Maria and wow what a woman, kind, caring, attention to detail and a passion only one could hope for. She kept me at ease, chatted to me about everything and the piece of art she has done on my lower back which isn't just a tattoo but a piece of art that is dedicated to my deceased father so had to be perfect and it is. Never have I been so grateful and happy with the end result. If you want the best, an experience that will leave you happy and 10000000% satisfied this is your place. I always said I would only have 1 tattoo but honestly my mind maybe changing. Thank you for everything truly happy

   Unfortunately, I had a really disappointing experience. I had to cancel my tattoo appointment due to a genuine family emergency my dad has Motor Neurone disease and his condition has been deteriorating. I explained this to Alex, but I received no empathy or understanding at all. I was also refused a refund of my deposit despite the circumstances and I also gave 10 days notice. I was offered to rearrange until the new year even though I explained my dad has a terminal condition in which he is rapidly deteriorating. I understand that artists have policies, but compassion and basic understanding go a long way, especially when someone is going through something so difficult. This experience left me feeling really upset and unsupported, and I wouldn’t book again based on how the situation was handled.

   Maria did the most sensational piece of art on my inner lower arm. The piece was very important for what it was representing. I couldn't be any happier with it. You can feel the passion going into the artwork. The shop also has the nicest environment. What a wonderful team of people. Felt so comfortable and looked after.

   I had a tattoo done by Maria and I was really, really pleased with - not only the quality of the work but also the professionalism. Maria worked so well, and under pressure as I had a strict time limit. The tattoo I had done carried significant emotional meaning to me and Maria did a fantastic job. It turned out exactly as I had imagined. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to re visit for more work or recommend this studio. If I could give ten stars, I would!

   It's always scary going to a new tattoo place but I have nothing to regret! I had a very difficult tattoo that I wanted reworking and not covering up like most places wanted to do. I messaged him and he did exactly wanted I wanted, even when I changed the design he was happy to do it. All ideas were shared and taken in to consideration. Very professional, clean and a true profession to his art. I will defo be returning for another. Parking isn't too bad just around the corner. Highly recommend to everyone!

   5 starts would probably not be enough. The whole experience was an absolute joy. Very friendly and professional staff who can make you feel comfortable as well as doing astonishing artwork. Alex is a great artist and a very lovely person to sit and talk about the project/process and art in general, a true artist. Will definitely come back to continue my projects with him. Thank a lot Alex!

   Second time returning to Alex, and won't be the last! Both guys at the studio were super nice, and offered tea, coffee, water, and whatever else you needed throughout the tattoo. I went with @iad_tattoo, and he was amazing, not only does the work itself look incredible, he made good conversation, was incredibly chilled out, and made the experience.
