This isn’t even a proper company! They don’t have a telephone number! It’s all online speaking to a robot. Prices are ridiculously high, definitely try Go Compare..
Absolutly disgraceful company .I have been trying for three days to talk to a human being .I dont think they have any .If i phone i get a recorded message telling which button to press.After going through the list and pressing the right button i get cut off .I try online on my account and i am put in a qeue starting at 31 .It goes down to 1 an about 20 mins .I then get a message that they are busy and get put back to the top of the list 31 yet again .If they want any buisiness at al,l they need to get their act together PRONTO .
Poor customer service, I don't recommend it at all. Also, if both sides are insured with them they make the claim 50 50 without looking at the ev idence or contacting witnesses within 2 days of the accident. Stay away it is cheap for a reason. I am in the process of complaining them.
Absolutely ridiculous company worst I've been with yet. Trying for a week to get them to take a payment was told to phone every day till they got it now it's constantly on hold over an hour each time no answer. They are going to cancel my policy because they won't take payment seeking legal advice I've had enough
Good for a bit then they put my insurance up from £500to over 700
This insurance company is the worst I have dealt with since I started driving. Very rude customer service officers and they are criminal enterprise. They tell you everything is okay and few days later send an email with a threat to cancel your policy if you do not send them all your life’s details that are in a repetitive form. I can never recommend them. They are useless. I don’t do reviews but this one I had to as my experience was awful
This company has been excellent and extremely understanding during 'covid' and cancelled my policy with ease. I will definitely be coming back once I am back in work. Thank you Dale, great service, I would highly recommend!
