After my car was hit whilst we were in our home the insurance wanted it to be written off, in sheer panic I looked up somewhere that could help me. I was recommended scuffs by google of all places! High standard of work completed recently on repair of a wheel and tailgate and finished quicker than expected.I have dealt with both Neil and Lucas, both very efficient and Lucas managed to complete an extra job that I decided needed doing at short notice, this was carried out on day of collection, and after the main work had been completed. Was expecting work to be finished after 4 or 5 days as advised, had a call soon before 3pm on the 2nd day to say car was ready for collection.Wheel repairs usually take several days, ie: 3-5, in rare circumstances this can be done in a day or 2. Have used this company in the past also for wheels and on a previous occasion for a machine polish of the body work about 4 years ago.Great company, high standard of completed jobs - recommended!!.
Excellent service from start to finish from Neil and all at Scuffs. I would not hesitate to use them again. Although they are some distance away from me the quality of work, friendly service and communication makes up for it. Can't recommend them enough and extremely pleased with the repairs to my car.
Good experience , took a while to get me in through my insurance but once I was in, they provided me with a courtesy car , told it be a couple of days and it was on time. Put a new door on , very happy with the overall experience.

I crashed my car (Skoda Kodiaq SE) on the M4 in June, and my insurer sent it to Scuffs to be repaired. They were brilliant. Easy to get in touch with (an actual person answers the phone when you call, without keeping you on hold for ages), they kept me up-to-date with the progress of my repair, and having collected my car yesterday (it needed a lot of work), it was in great condition, completely repaired and cleaned inside and out. If they weren't so far away from home (I live in Cardiff), I would use them again and again as needed for car repairs and maintenance. Best garage I've ever needed to use.
