I booked my car in for a service, I was asked to drop it off at 9.30am and it would be ready before 5.30pm. I called the garage and was able to drop it off the day before which was a great help. I received a phone call at 10.30am to say my car was ready. Great service all round

Such a great garage, purchased several cars over the years and had them all maintained by the service team. Staff are all super polite and helpful, nothing seems too much. The team always offer great advice when asked and never any sales pressure to do anything.
There are clear details on the Internet that there is a design flaw with the B max, C max and S max cars.The boots gets flooded. Our B max went in recently for a service. They identified water in the spare wheel well. We went on U tube to find numerous videos identifying the problem and how to fix it. The vents under the wheel arches and 2 plastic grommets and 1 small drainage hold that goes down into thd wheel arch. When driving through flooded roads this is a major problem. Ford garage refuses to fix the design problem.
