Just bought a new MX-5 from Clevedon Mazda - and the fact I did so when I live 100 miles away and have a dealer 10 miles away should tell you just how impressed I was with them - and Hayley in particular. Great people who seems to really value their customers.
Amazing hassle free experience buying a brand new Mazda car again from Dan W at Clevedon Mazda yesterday. Professional, polite, friendly and so knowledgable. Highly recommended. I would also like to thank and highly recommend Kim and her male work colleague (sorry didn't get his name) in servicing, who were also fantastic. Their combined knowledge about cars is incredible and again they were so welcoming, efficient and experienced. Genuine amicable staff like these three people in a car dealership is extremely rare so here's hoping they never leave the garage!
Great Customer service. From initial inquiry to support from Dan and knowledge to help us with making a purchase decision was spot on. Keep doing how you doing it. Had a bit of trim come loose on my car bought from another dealership. I wasn’t able to easily reattach it so I popped in and Sam was happy to help refit it and let me window shop for a potential future upgrade

This is the best Mazda garage that I have been to. Outstanding customer service and customer care. I must say Adrian S. was/is so helpful and friendly, I couldn't be looked after any better. There was no single request that he wouldn't of dealt with. Adrian made me feel very welcome and definitly got me the best deal out of the other two Mazda garages. The reviews are true! Exceptional and friendly service from Adrian when trading my previous MX-5 for a new one - from a distance. Always friendly, quick to respond and no pressure at all. I drove a 400 mile round trip to purchase my car from Clevedon Mazda and it was worth every mile.
