   Without doubt this is the best garage I’ve ever been to, they are honest and professional. I will always use them from now on gutted it’s taking me this long to find them. They were really nice and the lady explained what they had done. Nice to support a local business would highly recommend.

   The mechanic himself was nice. But I've never been as shocked as I was with the woman there, his wife, who seems to run it. I've never in my life been spoken so rudely to like she did me, over two visits as well, so not as if she was having a bad day. She belittled me and got cross with me over absolutely nothing, i was a polite on time paying customer. I had to take my car back to get retested this afternoon, although I was dreading seeing her. She straight away was very rude telling me they didn't have all the time in the world, even though I was 10 min early. She is appalling, I was mild and calm but inside shaking. All I can say is I bet she does not talk to male customers like that. When I politely asked her to stop being rude to me SHE ANGRILY THREW A SPRAY CAN SHE HAD IN HER HAND TO THE FLOOR BY MY FEET AND STOMPED OFF, the husband ignored this behaviour with no apology which made it worse. This awful woman needs to retire or urgently take a customer service intense course. Never have I ever experienced anything like it. But from talking to a few people in the area, she is famous for it. The job itself was good, great timing etc, but never ever again. I doubt this review will stay on the Web site. I've never left a review before, but was prompted by family members to, hope it saves anyone else experiencing this woman, especially if your another woman, shameful behaviour. This review has not exaggerated at all.

   This is the third year in the row that I used the garage for the MOT for my Mazda. Very professional service with transparent pricing and most importantly very honest, family ran business. If something needs repairing they do it, simple as. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

   Despite having many garage options in Bath, I am more than happy to make the journey to Edgecombe for my automotive needs. The service and quality of work has always been excellent, and more importantly they are very professional, honest and transparent with the work they do (very rare nowadays). Highly recommended!
