Took my car in for an mot, needed some repairs so took 3 days to get back to me, fast forward a week later, my car breaks down and needed a jump start (I know they don't check a battery in a mot) however the catch to lift my bonnet was tucked inside my car so I couldn't actually lift my bonnet without taking the whole front off, I called Mike to say what had happened and he's said it would have done that by itself, I've had the car for years and it's never done that before, but a week after they have been fiddling with it to repair it and suddenly its tucked in? It cost me £80 to get someone to come out and lift my bonnet for me. Also not all the safe to be stood out in the pitch black and pouring rain. Seriously not happy.
