   I have just used Adele’s mobile mechanic and I was very impressed. My cars alternator failed and I wasn’t even home to sort it out as I was working away. I left the keys somewhere safe and told Adele’s mobile mechanic where to locate them and what I thought the problem was. Adele’s mobile mechanic (sorry I didn’t know your name) ordered the alternator and came out to my home to fit it the following day. I was kept informed at all times and the car is now well again. I will not hesitate to use AMM again. Thank you

   Unfortunate... by far the worst mechanic I've ever had. I was so happy… my car wouldn't start and these people offered to help me by charging me £50 to come over, I was desperate I really needed my car so I agreed. They came and began to look at the whole car and let me know about electrical faults in the windows that I already knew about, they lifted the car using a jack and removed my undercover motor, leaving it lying there without putting it back. He diagnosed me that the car would not start due to the starter motor and that it had to be replaced by another one, he offered to look for it and come to change it. He never appeared again, the times I called him, he only told me that he was looking... it's been more than a month now and I'm still waiting... In the end, after spending £270 with the unpresentable red line tires, they let me know that it wasn't the starter what affected. It is disgusting that people get paid without having done the work, a shame. Scam

   I had a power steering pump, pulley and oil filter housing. Seal done by Steven Seally. back in September after two days of the car being fixed the pipe for power steering fluid had came off and I lost and steering . Fast forward 6 weeks and all the bolts had came loose I contacted Steven and Adele to ask them to come and fix it to witch is was told we do not cover Bristol . And that if I wanted it fixed I would have to wait a week or two as they were busy or to get it recovered at my cost I went to Steven and Adele’s address on three occasions one occasion she told me to come down and decided to go out for the day . The second time when I got there, she called the police on me as I didn’t have a faulty part with me she wouldn’t give me the other part on the third occasion, I didn’t even get out of the car she called the police to which she wrote an invoice on a ripped up envelope will never use again be Aware guys .

   Easiest 5 stars I’ve ever given. So we’re due to go on holiday Monday, but my car breaks down Thursday night. I thought “well, that’s us not going then”. I research a few mobile mechanics in the area not expecting any quick solution, and come across Adele’s Mobile Mechanic. A quick call with Steve, and he’s around the Friday morning diagnosing the problem. Tells me he can get the parts and repair on the Saturday so we can be off on holiday the Monday. Fast forward to Saturday afternoon, and the work is done. Quick diagnosis, parts orders, car fixed and all competitively priced. Totally exceeded any expectation I had, and there won’t be anyone else I approach other than Steve going forward. Much appreciate the service!
