   Both myself and my partner are really pleased with Condies Wealth’s services. We are first-time buyers and they made the whole mortgage application process smooth and easy. Randal was very helpful explaining all the steps of the mortgage application process and discussing the various mortgage products with us. He made sure that we are aware of all the details and helped us choose the right product for our circumstances. Randal maintained great communication with us throughout the whole process and he was always available to speak to us. Terri was the mortgage administrator and she did amazing communicating with lender and ensuring that our application is processed swiftly - it was approved in less than a day. We were particularly pleased when we made a very late request (close to 24h before completing the deal) to change the agreed interest rate and Terri did an amazing job updading our application and chasing the lender to ensure that it was done in time. We would definitely continue working with Randall and Terri in future and we would strongly remocommend their services to anyone looking for mortgage advice.

   This was the first time we had used a mortgage advisor/broker. Randal and Terri were great. The communication was very quick and Randal explained the mortgage options and processes very well. Terri also found and advised on home insurance. Overall Randal and Terri made the stressful process of applying for a mortgage seamless. I would definitely recommend.

   I used Condies when renewing my mortgage this year in what has been a difficult financial climate. I cannot recommend them highly enough for their professionalism and efficiency throughout the whole process. They made a confusing process so simple and stress free. Randal and Terri were able to get me the best deal on my mortgage and also help me renew my life insurance which was not fit for purpose. Due to their fast actions locking in a deal during rising interest rates I was able to save myself so much money and save a lot of stress.
