My brother booked in for his first ever tattoo with Paige Hilton for his BIRTHDAY today and said that she will open the shop for him for this day at 2.30pm. He got there on time and almost an hour later of waiting outside in the rain outside the shop, and trying to get in contact with her, she messaged to say she couldn't make it. Very unprofessional. Will never be back again.
Got tattooed by Gemma, was my first tattoo and she was absolutely amazing with talking me through the process so I knew exactly what was going on, before the appointment she was amazing with me in the booking process, keeping me updated with things going on. While getting tattooed I fainted and her and another artist there (not dynamo, I can't remember his name sorry!) helped me and were super nice about it all! Couldn't recommend this studio enough, they're all so welcoming and friendly

Awful level of customer service from Gemma, had daughters deposit for a design for 2 months, after pushing her for 2 days finallly got the design looks rushed on draw pad. One of the bespoke animal designs made to order Also had deposit for a skull design for a while. Ordered a drawing design of skull/malificent took money and no design. Asked if I could nip and pick it up told no she was moving, as this was a christmas present, to be told no. VERY very unreliable only pay her paypal goods and services. As you will not get full money back. Really not happy my daughter put trust in this rip off merchant.
