   A great service, really easy to follow the advice and understand the process that needs to be followed. Graeme was always more than happy to have an after hours teams call, which he didn't have to do but clearly understand the restraints of his client/s and works around them instead of them working around him. Graeme is very knowledgeable in this field and makes you feel at ease with his explanations of what is required. Would highly recommend.

   Graeme made what could have been a complex process into something very straightforward; and was incredibly present and approachable too. One of the major benefits we found working with West End Mortgages was how responsive he was; too often in house purchasing it can feel like companies are on a sponsored silence, however this was not the case with Graeme and all communication was prompt. I'm eternally grateful for his thoroughness and answering all our wee (and big!) questions. Our mortgage was approved (despite being self employed/company director) in record time. Highly recommended.

   Graeme has been incredibly helpful, prompt and informative during what was potentially going to be a stressful mortgage renewal for us. We found Graeme very personable and easy to deal with - not only is he a very experienced and knowledgeable Mortgage Specialist, he's also a very nice guy which made communications very easy!
