   I booked an MOT and service online a month in advance, only to receive a phone call at 30 minutes before closing on the Sunday before my appointment (8:30am the following Monday) informing me that they aren’t actually a service centre and couldn’t carry out the work on my van. This is something they could have told me weeks before, which would have allowed me to arrange my MOT and service elsewhere without any last-minute hassle.

   Came in on an emergency as my exhaust had fallen off.. they managed to check it straight away. Advised me I needed a new back box, had ordered straight away which arrived within an hour & fitted straight away. Super helpful & prompt, will defo recommend to everybody. Dan was absolutely fantastic.

   *Outstanding service from Dan!* I thought that going to kwik fit to get my tires changed would be a chore but it ended up being a lovely experience leaving me with a smile thanks to Dan’s wonderful customer service skills. I was warmly greeted when I arrived and he attended to me promptly. I was half an hour early but this was no issue and he immediately started attending to my car. What a fantastic employee you have, it is clear that he is attentive and hard working. I could see that he was very busy but still took the time to help me find the most appropriate tire for me car, help me find my tire key, and let me know that my tire alignment needed checking. Thank you so much, I’ll make sure to come back to kwik fit if I need anything.

   Unplanned visit today after my tyre pressure warning light came on! The Manager was so helpful. I offered to pay for the pressures to be checked and topped up but he wouldn’t take any payment! He checked them all and topped up the low tyre FOC straight away himself as all the other fitters were busy. I will definitely be using them in the future for my tyre replacement requirements. Great ambassador for Kwick Fit.

   Went in for a complete set of 5 tyres to be replaced. Excellent service from professional but friendly staff. Dan (the manager?) was especially helpful. They worked quickly but, with all 5 tyres to be replaced, I was inevitably there for a while. During that time, everyone I saw arriving and leaving were also very pleased with the work done by the people working there.

   I turned up announced concerned about some warning lights on my car. Dan and Lee had a thorough look at the car straight away and explained in detail what was going on and what it meant. I felt very reassured and at ease in them doing so. They were able to accommodate for my car and sort the issues immediately, which was amazing! Lovely and Genuine mechanics. Thanks Dan and Lee!
