Amazing staff, very friendly, helpful, welcoming and inclusive and all very talented. One of my favourite tattoo studios by far. Had many tattoos from here and will definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend. So adding more feedback given some recent allegations online - I love coming to this studio all the artists are so nice, welcoming, friendly and inclusive. Not to mention very open honest people (almost feels like therapy sometimes if that’s the type of oversharer you are like me). They’re the nicest people so caring and listen to whatever you choose to talk to them about with high levels of empathy and compassion for others. The artist who has now done many different beautiful tattoos for me Becky, who is also the owner, is literally amazing as an artist but also as a person. We’ve laughed and sometimes almost cried about our stories when I’ve been getting tattooed and I keep going back which should let everyone know how great she and her studio is. Becky has tattooed me twice now and I was made to feel very comfortable. I barely noticed the pain and it's always nice and chill in her tattoo studio. Great music, vibes and people working here. Thanks for a comfortable experience.
I've been going to Becky now for about 7 years and she never disappoints. She always gets the idea I give her just right and will even make adjustments on the day when we put the stencil on, making sure it's 100% perfect. Eveey piece I've had by her is designed beautifully, in a clean, comfortable and friendly environment. Would recommend (and have numerous times) to anyone
Amazing place. Becky the owner is a wonderful artist and a lovely person. I had a really great cover up done and followed up a few weeks later with more flowers. Cannot praise Moonshine enough! Love love LOVE THIS PLACE!
I have visited and used Moonshine Tattoo (back when it was just Becky to now being a team of three lovely ladies!), and I must say in the past 5 years I’ve never once been disappointed! I’ve had Becky do tattoos ranging from intricate black line work to a full on colour & detail chest piece. The artwork speaks for itself- incredibly talented, thorough, eye for detail. If you like anything with bold colours (or even simple black work)- I highly recommend this place- I can’t sing it’s praises enough! I’ve had many tattoos elsewhere over the years but since having my first 5 years ago I have not and will not go go anywhere else - ever! Professional, polite, approachable, talented, patient, responsible and to top it off - very ~very~well priced! The studio is gorgeous- the new recent upgrade is fabulous and will have you distracted for hours with all the beautiful artwork and decor whilst you get your tattoo done. The two ladies to join Becky (whilst I haven’t had a tattoo from them- yet!), their artwork is also beautiful & they’re so so talented. I’ve had a few tattoos whilst Rachael has had clients and I’ve always found her to be very professional, polite & again very talented!! I’ve referred many people over the years from my mum, local Costa barrister to my husband and all agree with the praise given! If you’re thinking of getting a tattoo but are nervous- it’s normal, don’t worry, go somewhere that will empathise & work with you (such as Moonshine Tattoo!). Oh and a final note as I’ve already written a novel, the atmosphere with the amazing music that’s played in the studio just adds to it overall amazingness! ^.^
I've been going to Becky for nearly 5 years and she's absolutely incredible. Very clean and professional. amazing prices very friendly and in my opinion the best watercolour styled artist in Liverpool. So if your after a cute piece by her I'd recommend her highly!
