   We honestly cannot recommend First Mortgages highly enough. As first-time buyers who knew absolutely nothing about the process of buying a home, we were understandably nervous — but from the very first conversation, Kirsty and Samantha made everything feel clear, calm, and completely manageable. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Every question (no matter how small or “silly” it felt) was answered with patience and clarity, and every step of the process was explained in a way that actually made sense. They took the time to ensure we fully understood everything, which gave us so much confidence as first-time buyers. The level of professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care we received was outstanding — and we are still amazed that this service is completely free. She worked tirelessly to find us the best possible mortgage deal and was incredibly patient and supportive, especially as we faced several issues with the property along the way. Megan was always professional, caring, and approachable — no question was ever too much trouble.
