   From my experience, Arrowhead Financial is the best in Scotland. Their team of professionals is ready to work with you, they have good customer service skills and are knowledgeable about mortgages. Their team are professionals who will always work hard to understand and meet their clients' individual and financial needs. I highly recommend them because they can work with the lender “with care” and utilize expert “knowledge of the market” to meet all aspects of your mortgage needs irrespective of your financial situation. I am very grateful and will always use them for my mortgage needs.

   I previously had gotten mortgage advice from Arrowhead as a first-time buyer and was really impressed by how helpful they were in explaining the process. Now that I’m moving house, I reached out to them again, and the experience has been just as amazing. Thomas Bethell has made everything clear and easy to understand, and their communication has been excellent, especially through WhatsApp whenever I had questions. I would definitely recommend Arrowhead for mortgage advice! Additionally, I'm selling my current property through their estate agency, and they've made the entire process so straightforward and easy to keep track of. It's great having everything in one place.

   Gavin is fantastic and I would 100% recommend him! As a first-time buyer, I was clueless. He explained the entire process so well and without him, I wouldn't have had the guts to start looking for houses. He answered all the (many) questions I had and was extremely supportive the entire time. He also phoned the estate agents on my behalf to make offers, which I really appreciate. Also, 10 points for great communication and great banter! In the end, I decided not to purchase a property but when I come back to this in the future, I will definitely contact him again.    I used Gavin for my recent mortgage application and can honestly say I would look no further than Arrowhead Financial. Gavin consistently went over and above and connects on a personal level so that you are comfortable during the whole process. Great communication through out and constant support. I cannot recommend Arrowhead Financial enough. After the mortgage application was complete, full support was then provided for all necessary insurances making Gavin a one stop shop. All care and attention was provided to get me the best deal which was very much appreciated.

   I used Gavin for my recent mortgage for my first home. Before the process started he was upfront about what we would need to do, realistic time frames, fees etc so that was all cleared up beforehand. I had an error firstly on my credit file which he noticed and was hampering even getting a mortgage in principle so he helped guide me through a dispute with experian which was brilliant. Once that was sorted out the mortgage was approved he was still on hand to answer any queries regarding the next steps which was excellent as being my first time going through the process it was very daunting but even if I text about 8pm I'd still get a response. All in all Id recommend Gavin and his company to anyone looking to go through a mortgage application. Very professional and clearly cares about his clients.
