   To my understanding, I believed that these people might have been honest people, yet I found out the hard way as I took my friends car in for a quick break disk change and although the break pads have just been changed recently, the mechanic still charged me £150 for two from break pads although they could see it was brand new, as I wasn’t the owner of the car they capitalised on my lack of knowledge about the car. So in total I paid £388.75 for two new break disks and break pads for the from tires of a Audi A4

   Not a good experience, failed MOT claiming “sticking accelerator pedal” among other issues. Upon taking the car to another garage with the other issues fixed, there was no problem with the pedal and told they most likely didn’t want to do the emissions test (to save time) so claimed the pedal issues was the reason. Car passed MOT. Also wanted £27 for a retest which should normally be free to my understanding.

   Arrived 8 minutes late for a pre-booked MOT because of torrential rainfall and increased traffic on journey. The centre had already filled my slot with another car and I was turned away. No apology, no recognition of time wasted, in fact telling me it was my fault and that I should have been 5 minutes early! Absolutely ludicrous. I shall never be using Kwik Fit again and suggest you don't either.

   Extremely disappointed with this branch. I had a full service done at another store from the same chain, and later came to this location for repairs. One of the staff members was very rude, unprofessional, and gave inconsistent information. Some staff told me I could buy my own rear-view mirror and they would install it. But when I spoke to another staff member named Paul, he said it wasn’t possible. After I got upset, he then agreed to install it—but still charged me for labour, and in the end the mirror didn’t even work properly. I also clearly told them I needed my car to pass MOT, and asked them to fix everything required for that. Two weeks later, I went for the MOT and it failed. When I returned and questioned them—since I had just had a full service—they told me the steering column needed work, but that “they don’t do that” here. If that’s the case, they should have told me from the beginning so I could address it before the MOT. Very poor communication, lack of professionalism, and wasted both my time and money. I will not be returning and do not recommend this location to anyone.

   Had a flat tyre that I needed fixing for an important christening the next day. No appointment, but John in the shop bent over backwards to make help. Would 100% recommend. Best service I've had from car maintenance

   AVOID Will Cancel Your MOT Last Minute. MOT cancelled the last working day before it was due. Kwik Fit’s customer service team were as useful as a chocolate tea pot in trying to find an alternative slot at another Kwik fit. USE Mr Clutch NEXT DOOR INSTEAD. Was able to fit in an appointment last minute and unlike Kwik fit they were reliable and got the job done.

   Took my car in for an exhaust check prior to its MOT. Was pleasantly surprised when a charming man informed me that it was just a loose bracket which they would fix. 10 minutes later I was told it was ready. I was then told that there was no payment required. What an amazing gesture. Thank you.

   Such nice guys here. Sorted my tyre out quickly and were all so friendly. Really reliable and if they can't fit me in they'll call another branch. A deaf guy came in when I was there and the chap Tom I think his name was, was really helpful and sorted his issue quickly.

   I showed up at Kwik Fit at almost 5pm on a Friday night after a colleague told me my tyres looked really worn. Although they initially coudn't fit me in, as I was about to drive to Essex Tom said he'd take a look to give me peace of mind. It turned out the front tyres weren't safe/legal to drive on and if Tom and his team hadn't managed to squeeze me in (working at top speed) I would have had to change my plans. Really grateful for the advice and for the fact that they got me back on the road within 45 mins. I've dropped back in a few weeks later to get the rear tyres and wheel alignment sorted and again they will have me on my way within an hour or so. Friendly and efficient service that I would recommend.
