Have been trying to get this guy out to do a job since 3/2. Excuse after excuse and we are now at the 11/3. I have given up and would not recommend him as constantly promises to attend but doesn’t keep his promises.
My 15 year old garden decking was in a terrible state and desperately in need of replacement, especially considering my foot had gone through it 3 times in recent weeks. After contacting a few joiners who didn't respond to my queries, I found Andy after an online search and sent him a message asking for a quote which he quickly replied to. Within a few minutes of his first visit, Andy had pointed out a number of issues and I immediately felt very comfortable with him, and that he knew what he was talking about. He seemed very genuine and was very thorough in his initial inspection. I was quoted a great price and went ahead and the work has just been finished today. I can't thank Andy enough - as well as his wife Ria and joiner Steven - for the work they did. It turned out to be a bigger job than they expected given the very poor condition of my existing decking and frame, but they were very detailed and I genuinely believe the work has been carried out to the highest level, and it has been done to a much higher standard than the original decking. The guys were informative, friendly, helpful and turned up exactly when they said they would and everything was very efficient and streamlined. I'm absolutely delighted with my decking and the quality of the work and cannot thank the team enough, and would 100% recommend them. Thank you so much.
