   Beautiful studio, fully health registered by Liverpool City Council. Located on the second floor of the Tapestry building, entrance is on Kempston Street via door buzzer. There are 2 flights of stairs or a lift from the ground floor. The studio itself is warm and welcoming, full of plants and natural light. Max is an experienced artist, tattooing since 2010 and has a great portfolio of work. Max can tattoo many different styles but mainly takes on black and grey, dotwork and surreal glitch designs. Max did this tattoo for me and I love it so much!

   I've been going to lax for quite a while now. His work is amazing, and that is what made me book a consultation with him for ideas I had. I now regularly book my tattoos with him as Max is such a loveky human . Love the chats you get with him, and I trust him completely with all my tattoos. I have half a leg, a full.sleeve and chest piece with Max now. I love his style of work, and I always am made to feel comfortable to say if I'd like it postioned differently and size wise . I had my first ever hand poked tattoo by nat. I was so nervous as i expected it hurt a lot more, but it was so gentle and fascinating to watch. Nat did me and two of my sisyers a matching tatto, and she made us feel welcome and was such a nice experience together as it was a very sentimental tattoo for us. Nat really took looked after us all and made it a lovely memory. Bee, the studio manager and recetionist, makes me feel really welcomed and always offered a cup of tea. (Nest cup.of tea ever) The environment is really relaxing and beautiful to be in, lots of plants and artwork . Really couldn't recommend more xx

   Just had my first 2 tattoos here and the experience was amazing. The studio has such a cool and relaxed vibe and the staff were all super friendly. Special thanks to Natalia for the awesome tattoos, loved every second of it and will definitely be back for more in the future!!

   I won’t go anywhere else for a tattoo. Max is an incredible human being and one of the most talented artists I’ve ever met. He also has the biggest heart, so has created a space that is welcoming and completely accepting of everyone.

   If I could give more stars I would. Best tattoo place in town. Staff are super nice and welcoming. Great music and Hannah Lunn was incredible. Love my tattoo and she was gentle and fast. I will only be coming here for my tattoo needs from now on! Couldn't recommend this place more!

   For black and white work, honestly one of the best tattooists in England! A true hidden gem. His skills are only outshined by his passion and work ethic, nothing less then perfection will leave his studio. The studio is welcoming and felt comfortable the minute I walked in. Max has the perfect balance between getting work done and making small talk so you feel at ease. I will be booking again asap before the waiting list gets too long. (Had two shin tattoos .. good lines)
