   So incredibly rude. Didn't listen to what I was saying, assumed I needed services that I didn't need and upped the price (even after I tried to correct him). Don't even bother calling them. UPDATE: I have now had my exact request completed by another notary elsewhere, no issues and no trying to up-charge me for something I didn't need. They confirmed that I was correct in what I was asking for and that paying for anything additional would have been a scam. So Mr. Fisher was either too lazy to actually listen to what I was asking for or he was trying to scam me. Either way, his arrogant attitude and rude nature would be enough to put anyone off.

His process is straightforward: After my email inquiry, John soon called to discuss my requirements, confirm the document details, and provide a clear quote including VAT. He scheduled me in quickly and sent an invoice for advance payment via bank transfer. I visited his Richmond home office where he verified my ID before proceeding with the notarisation. I was particularly impressed with his attention to detail, taking care to understand the specific purpose of the documents and the destination country's requirements. John's approach is direct and businesslike, and I found him to be knowledgeable, efficient, and thoroughly professional in his work.

   Am surprised with the other reviews. My process was simple and straight forward today.Enquired, was responded to including pricing of what I wanted to be done including the bank details, sent my payment and I did as instructed via email when I got to the place. 10/15mins later Fishers was done. I will use the service next time!

   Not recommend at all! I went to his office which is his home to get my document notarized and Apostille , the price is extremely expensive he wanted 700 pounds for single document but after negotiating he took 120 for notarisation only without the Apostille. Unfortunately, he lied on me when advised that the price of 120 pounds is the cheapest. I got the notarisation services through him without Apostille because he wanted to use me at an imaginary price, unfortunately I paid him and then I later discovered that the notarisation service is only 60 pounds rathar than 120..I found websites do the Apostille service by only 55 pounds I got the service via sending the documents by post to that website office. It was cheap and fast I recommend dealing with websites.

   I found Fisher's Notary through Google Maps and dialed the number, only to be put through to an extremely rude and fed up person, I believe it was Mr. Fisher. He seems to hate his job. Not recommended!

   I called in with a requirement for a notary, I was put through to possibly the rudest person I've ever spoken to. I suggest they remove 'where the client comes first' from their website.
