   I work with Mark regularly and he is exceptional at what he does. Achieves the very best for his clients and proves time and time again why buyers should use local, independent mortgage advisers as opposed to big names. Mark has just sorted a mortgage for one of my clients who was in the process of using a big broker, the big name broker could not get them a mortgage, leaving my client gutted and a potential sale on the brink, within a week Mark had the final mortgage offer sorted, with our mutual client absolutely delighted.
