   If I could, I would give zero stars. I stopped by just to ask a question, only had time to say "hello" and I was immediately answered in a very rude way. I knew it was 10 minutes before their closing time, but I was basically sent away without even having a chance to ask if they could help with the issue with my car, so that I could come back or book with them. Better to just take your car elsewhere.

   Saying that I am impressed by Kris’s service is an understatement, but I can’t find an alternative word to express my satisfaction other than he is ammmmmmmmmmmmmazeballs! I had a low-pressure issue with my windscreen water jets and when I called the MINI garage as I usually would, they quoted me an “investigation fee” amounting to 4x what Kris charged me to do the whole job! He immediately diagnosed the issue and slotted me in to drop the car on the same day! He also noticed that my windscreen wipers were worn out and proactively ordered a new set and fitted them on a subsequent appointment for a fraction of what I would normally pay at the MINI garage. His service is absolutely outstanding, and I can’t thank him enough!

   5 stars for Extreme Garage. My car broke down when I was visiting the city on a miserable rainy day and I am so lucky I was nearby Extreme Garage. The manager was clearly busy with other work but saw that I needed to get back on the road to get home, and started right away. A part had to be ordered but it arrived very fast and by the time I found a place to have a cup of coffee and sit for a few minutes, he had my car fixed and back on the road. The cost was more than reasonable, especially considering how quickly the work had been done. I highly recommend them for quality, service, and cost.

   Kris is a great guy and is very fair with his prices. I have used him to service all my vehicles over the last 5 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. He is always super busy but can always manage to fit in his clients around his busy schedule! If I could leave 10 stars I would.
