They completed the job without informing me about what was wrong with the car or how much it would cost, which left me in a very uncomfortable position. On top of that, they didn’t even notify me when it was finished—I had to come in and ask what was going on. Can't recommend
Had my campervan in for it's service. The mechanic Paul did a great job on it and got some excellent advice from him as well. Great service and prices. Definitely recommend!
Absolutely fantastic service from the first call through to getting recovery sorted. My Mum was badly let down by a national recovery provider who were willing to leave her at the side of the road for hours. Called Rosebank about doing the recovery and they had someone out in under an hour to a lay by on the side of the A1 near Dunbar. Even when phoning to let them know of a potential issue with the recovery nothing seemed to much trouble for them. The recovery driver, sorry didn't get his name, was just as helpful as the man on the phone. The car is now at the garage and my mum is home. I honestly can't thank Rosebank enough. In the future I know who to call first!

They'll get the job done, but they're often late and are likely to try and squeeze a few extra quid out of you in one way or another. I have better experiences with Seafield Service and Repair Centre who are a few minutes further up the road.
Fast service, well priced. I expected a bill for closer to double what I payed. Recovery driver was friendly and helpful. I'd use again if needed, fingers crossed!
Had call to phone Rosebank Recovery yesterday as one of our lorries had broken down in Edinburgh. The recovery truck was out starting the recovery within half an hour of the call and was back in our yard in just over the hour - a brilliant level of service which was much appreciated. We'd have no hesitation recommending Rosebank Recovery to anyone!
