    Visited AM Garage after being let down with Quick Lube in Musselburgh , Staff very friendly and great knowledge, also offered me both repair and replacement options, chosen to replace the part along with service while my car was there , Amazing service and great price !     What a decent garage this place is. Trustworthy and genuine. What I mean by that is they will diagnose the problem with your car/van and if possible dig you out a hole if you’re in trouble! Not just shafting you with rediculous prices to get work! As other customers have said they can help you with a temp job etc this means alot to us all that are trying to get by in the real world. What more do you need from a garage? Been caught out in the past from other garages taking the piss, but not this place! Fair play to Anton he’s worked hard to get where he is and deserves the good reviews from his loyal customers.

    Really poor experience with this garage. Dropped my car off at 8.30am and despite promises that they would call when they had looked at the car didn’t hear anything until I phoned them at 4pm. They claimed nothing was wrong with my car however when I mentioned the noises they then claimed they would take it “out for a drive” again. When I went to pick it up they said nothing was wrong and wanted me to drive it over speed bumps with one of the mechanics in the car to identify the noises. This was at nearly 5pm so I said no as they have already wasted a whole day of my time. My car is still making the same noises and I will have to take it to another garage. Would not recommend.

    Anton and the whole team at A.M Autocare are such stars. I went to A.M Autocare for about 12 months when I lived in Prestonpans. I did my M.O.T and two servicings there. Had a great expereince every time and never got ripped off. Most reasonably priced services, parts, and labour in Prestonpans, Port Seton, and Musselburgh area.
