   My car was towed on after a breakdown, o phoned later that su to check what was happening, did not expect them to have looked at it but just wanted to check they had my contact details etc, man I spoke to on phone was extremely rude and abrupt stating it has only been brought in ans won't be until tomorrow (absolutely fine) them went on the lecture me about having no fuel and car conking out, (I didn't plan on breaking down and was on my way to top up when I did!) His mannerism was very abrupt. Phone late the following day to check on progress to again be spoken abruptly to stating they are just looking at it now, they phoned a wee while after stating my car was 'goosed' needed a mew engine which would be 4 to 5k, stated the head gasket had gone and was not drivable. Went to take it for a 2nd opinion and im glad I did!! Turned up to my car not starting at all, some guy came out again very rude, stated its goosed you won't get it working, no help or support offered at all, no breakdown of what was wrong with car, saying its 'goosed' to me is not acceptable, towed car down to another garage and got 2 other opinions. Head gasket was fine, engine did not need replaced at all! Ots was a pipe that was burst and leaking water, so what would.of cost us 4-5k cost me 1200 from somewhere else with a proper breakdown and decent customer service! Avoid this garage at all costs or make sure you get a 2nd opinion on work needing done!

   Was nervous to try a new garage, but rang these guys up and asked them to have a look at my rear tyres, as both had a slow leak. They took me in immediately and promptly found the issue. They were quick to order the valve and have me back in next working day. Even though I didn’t turn up when I was supposed to (sorry guys), I rang the following day and they took me in again within a half hour to sort it all out. All that to say, a personal situation made me an erratic customer and I was still treated very well, so thanks guys!

   I had some issues with my vehicle, but thanks to Richard and Andrew these problems were resolved. Very happy with the service, I was informed of what was going to be done and the work was carried out in a timely manner. A1 service and workmanship, great customer service. They went above and beyond to help me resolved the issues, and for that I've edited this review.

   Went, didn't do what we needed. Brakes with air in the line when the car was handed back and then missing a pin. Safety issue with breaks! Now going to another garage and the trust is lost. Been going there for over 15 years. I can't compromise on safety! Especially when you find out when your are in the car with your family!

   I brought the car in because it needed some work before passing the MOT. The guy in reception was pleased to help me and to have a look which I did appreciate. At the time he quoted £1110 today after the check I was shocked. I understand that it is their services but it was a lot of money for a 10 year old car. So I thought not to use their services and here is where it went wrong. I did say to stop any work they started and the guy who attended tried to convince me to get the services. He was very pushy. I said I wanted to look elsewhere, which seemed to displease him. So he told me they would undo the work and I could collect my car. After collecting the car, I found they had removed the sensor cable which connects to the engine. They also charged £150 for two hours of labour without telling me they would do that. Which I think is illegal or fraud, because the guy didn't make it clear to me that he would. I'm very disappointed with the behaviour and the reaction of this guy. He is very dishonest and makes me believe that he was overcharging me and he didn't get what he wanted. I will leave this review here to let you know what they might try.

   Was stranded with my 7yr old daughter right outside garage as i had a puncture. Asked if they could look at it. 2 of them standing having a conversation and weren't interested. Told they couldn't look at it for another 4 days and I would have to leave it with them. Great service, NOT!! Phoned Kwik Fit round the corner who were more than happy to help and got me back on the road ASAP

   Attended after my front wipers stopped working. They looked at the car and fixed the problem within 45 mins. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Will use from now on as can’t fault them. Thank you so much

   My rating is based on the average of visits to this garage. I have had good customer service in my past visits but the last one knocked off possible high rating. Dropped the vehicle for a regular oil change and general look-see, got a call later and my wife answered. She was told that there was a bit of issue with the brakes, she told the technician to fix the issues. My annoyance is that the cost of this little issue and oil service amounted to over £1,000. This is outrageous and it is just right for the technician to have mentioned the cost of repairs and possible alternatives before proceeding with the ripoff. Update: Although, the cost issue wasn't addressed. We are back to regular programming: Good customer service and optimal car servicing and repair

   This is the best car repair/ service and MOT garage I have ever used. It was recommended to me by a vehicle recovery company about ten years ago and I have used these guys ever since. Excellent service and work, everything done quickly, efficiently and carefully and without unnecessary work and parts. I would definitely recommend them……. Thanks for the bacon buttie (the best in Dunfermline…. Well defo the best from a car repair centre) this morning!
