   In the past this was the place to go but its getting to be a bit of a scam now . My son and I went there the other week for parts for his car got charged £10 to get in only to find the car advertised on the website wasn't there .fast forward to Monday this week my son found a Nissan on their website so I called asked if the car was still there was told yes car is here but we can't say what's been taken off it . Which I totally understand so we drove down from Inverness again paid £5 each to get in only to find the car wasn't there but had been put in the scrap pile next door and it couldn't be touched by public . Total waste of time . But a good earner for them if they get a 100 of me a day at £5 that's an easy £500 a day . But good old sports car breakers at Newbridge saved the day again

   ABSOLUTELY AWFUL SERVICE. I don’t tend to go to u pull it often, however I have had to recently. Around 3 months ago, the entrance fee was £2. Even earlier it used to be £1. NOW ITS £5 PER PERSON! What kind of price is that?!? I paid an additional £50 for a bloody wing mirror! It would actually be cheaper to buy off of eBay for that price. Absolutely astronomical price. The most I’d pay is £20 for it. Lady at the reception was also not helpful, saying that it was none of her problem. Safe to say I’m never coming back. Insane prices and awful service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

   I was a member and actually liked going to this breaker, I went regularly, 2-3 times a month and found it to be pretty well organized and priced pretty well. Recently though I have been very disappointed and decided not to renew my membership. The reason is one female staff member in particular who was downright rude and made a number of attempts to overcharge for parts, not just by a small amount either, sometimes 3-4 times the listed price. Only when showing their own price list to them did she charge the list price, but still failed to remove the members discount. In addition she disputed what some parts actually were, trying to tell me a steering box was a gearbox and also that a battery would cost more if I was fitting it to a diesel car. Sorry love but your clientele are not mugs and have no interest in being questioned on what they are buying only to have you dispute it anyway and then have to argue just to pay the list price. Other staff where genuinely good and helpful and the stock is also good so it’s pretty annoying to have to drop it as an option but having been in and out of breakers yards for years I simply don’t need that hassle and will go elsewhere. Maybe management might want to look into this as I am not the first person to highlight this, I’ve also seen it happen to other people in person. Shame as it’s local but I’ll just drive further or look on eBay.

   I knew there was an entry fee, I still think that's unnecessary, then we had to buy high Viz vests as they are compulsory to go into the yard. If they are compulsory why not take a refundable deposit for them. The saving grace was they had what we were looking for.
