Following my car being hit whilst parked up, GRM were allocated my car to be fixed through my insurance. The service from them was great from start to finish in what was a very frustrating time . Special note of thanks to Billi who was very helpful, polite and courteous throughout the whole process. Great job done on the bodywork and all done in a reasonably quick timescale.

First class service from start to finish. Office called straight away to confirm collection date for my car, followed with an on the day call from the driver collecting my car. Courtesy call from the office to inform me of the repairs and how they intended to proceed. The whole time I could see the progress on the tracker and got my car back ahead of the initial proposed date. Great service from Billi and the team, would highly recommend

Great service. All interactions with staff were very positive, helpful and knowledgeable. They were affable and a great support, taking a daunting situation into a simple professional outcome. Bodywork was expertly dealt with, right up to the wash,detail and clean inside and out , for my collection. Would definitely recommend - I already have to my friends and family . Thank you for all your help navigating and explaining the insurance legalese.

There are some good things and some not so good. Good things The pick up and delivery of your car/courtesy was ok - guys very nice Quality of repair looks good. Not so good The communication from the office is poor and conflicts with the accident management folks You cant get through on the phone - takes ages and is very frustrating My car was completed on a Thursday late afternoon and couldnβt get it back until Monday pm (nearly two days) as it was being valeted ??? If you get more folks answering calls and being proactive on progress updates, the customer experience would be tip top end to end

My car went for repair at GRM Bodycraft, Edinburgh following a collision. Staff came to my house and uplifted my car with the guys being very polite and informative. The repair was carried out within 3 weeks and I was issued with a courtesy car for that period. The actual repair and paint job were of a high quality and I was very satisfied with the result. The front office staff were absolutely fantastic. They constantly kept me up appraised of the process and projected completion date. They were more than happy to answer my questions and were very informative. On the completion date, the office staff again contacted me and arranged the return of the car. They organised the vehicle to be brought yo my home address as I was working that day. I found this very helpful as I couldn't get to the garage due to work commitments. They also uplifted the courtesy car. The whole process was fairly stress free and I would not hesitate to use GRM Edinburgh again.

Communications and care for customers is terrible! Simon makes the process of getting your vehicle repaired 10 times worse. Now left with paying a solicitor to have my car fully repaired. I canβt recommend the company.

Appalling communications. Second follow up call at 3pm on delivery day. Informed again to wait at home 08.00 to 18.00 hrs, front desk couldnβt advise what time car would arrive. Called just before 6pm again and answer machine said closed at 17.00. Delivery driver then calls at 6.20pm and says will be here at 7pm. I have waited inside 11 hrs. Just as well I hadnβt planned anything this pm. Now I have to attempt to inspect the damage and repair in the pitch black and cold. I had offered to get to the garage to collect it but informed no. If anything itβs unprofessional and disrespectful to fail for internal departments not to communicate and pass on this failure to the client. I canβt recommend GRM Craft. Weβd say Admin & Management are a βshower of shitβ. Beyond disappointed. Now to inspect the vehicle tomorrow and see the work.

The only positive is the office staff do try, however everything else is just pain and misery. My insurance company sent me here! from organising loan vehicles, keeping me up to date and eventually returning my vehicle dirty its not a good experience. Since I got it back I have noticed internal trims have been scratched during the repair. I am still awaiting a badge for the passenger door 2 months later! I phoned the dealer and the Parts department have them in stock I'm just going to buy and fit it myself. If you want a thoroughly tiresome experience this is the place to go.
