   Craig’s service is second to none. Yesterday he came to look at the job at hand and quoted a price for it. After a cancellation, he came the next day to fit my new shower, silicone around it and do some other siliconing. He arrived punctually and did the work to a high level of professionalism. He also went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with everything. His communication is very clear, his attention to detail is great, the price charged was very reasonable and it is clear that customer satisfaction is his top priority. I am going to use Craig again to install a new water heater system and can highly recommend his services.

   Contacted Musselburgh Plumbers to quote to replace old hot water tank. Craig was prompt with the quote which was very competitive, worked to the timescales & price given, organised the electrician required & used a laourer to work with him when needed for part of the job. Everyone was polite & friendly, work was tidy & clean. The new hot water tank is working as it should, with no hassle in the change over!!... What's not to like?! Will use then again when I need a plumber! Would thoroughly recommend.....

   The plumber arrived and when I asked him to wear a mask, he just turned his back on me, and left without a word. This is completely unacceptable, and disrespectful towards chronically ill people. Will never call this company again.

   I had my electric shower upgraded to a more powerful shower and the guys were great from start to finish. They came and looked into what I wanted done and gave me a price which we were happy with and the finish is great. I would highly recommend using this company very professional and courteous workmen.
