We were impressed by all the staff and contractors from the very start of the process of replacing our kitchen. The design followed all our wishes and the process was explained in great detail. Gordon and Davie, the installers, showed the highest level of professionalism and attention to detail. It was a huge pleasure to use such a great local company.
We had a great experience right from the beginning when I called at the showroom. Ewan then came out and appraised our old bathroom and did an excellent design for the new one. We loved the design and said yes straight away as we felt the price was very good for the quality of everything being used. The fitting was started at the time agreed. The fitters were clean, considerate and professional at every thing they did. So happy with the end result. Would definitely used again in the future and recommend to family and friends.

Coast recently converted our small toilet cupboard into a bespoke and luxurious ensuite bathroom. Coast is an excellent company to deal with. From the start, where Ewan smoothly helped us realign our initial aspiration with our actual budget, we felt our satisfaction was important to the company. When building delays held kitchen installation back by several months, this was accommodated without complaint, although the extended storage of our units must have been inconvenient for Coast. The installation itself was a work of art and undertaken with all the skill that we could have hoped for. And even though the main contractor disturbed the alignment of one cabinet, Coast came back and fixed it without complaint. In summary, Coast has demonstrated a real commitment to delivering customer satisfaction and I would have no reservation at all in recommending them to anyone looking for a new kitchen.
From concept to completion, Ewan and his team were professional, courteous, accommodating and patient - who doesn't change their minds halfway through! The standard of the design and it's implementation was excellent. Time frames were realistic and so were kept to, and his team were always prepared to work with the other trades we had in the house at the same time. We're delighted with our kitchen and if we ever decide to do another renovation, we won't hesitate to go back to Kitchens & Bathrooms by Coast.
An excellent company to deal with. From our first meeting with Ewan we knew we were in good hands. Every part of the process was explained and confirmed, communication was excellent. The team of installers are knowledgeable, friendly and hard working. Our finished kitchen has exceeded our expectations the space which Coast have achieved is amazing.
I'd have no hesitation in recommending Kitchens and Bathrooms by Coast. From the outset, Ewan took time to understand the look and finish of the new kitchen we wanted but added real value in his layout and overall design suggestions. The design process itself was quick and professionally handled and it was a pleasure visiting Ewan and his team in their showroom in Tranent. The quality of the kitchen units themselves is first class and we were well supported throughout in making the various decisions on appliances etc. Given current production delays impacting the electronics and other industries, he was even able to offer us a temporary oven should we need one before ours arrived. A great benefit of Ewan being well networked in the business was that he was able to connect us to architects and construction firms to enable our broader project to progress. Due to unavoidable delays with other parts of the project, we were fortunate to have Coast show great flexibility in installation dates, working alongside our builder to get our kitchen and utility room up and running as quickly as possible. From Ewan's oversight and design to Russell's great carpentry and installation skills, we've been delighted with the whole experience in working with Coast to achieve the stunning kitchen we now have.
So pleased with our newly completed en suite shower room. Ewan’s design addressed all of the problems we had with our old shower room, giving us more space and storage in a small space which will now be much easier to use. The fitting was managed with care by the team, problems encountered when stripping out the old suite addressed without fuss and updates on progress given as the work proceeded. Very happy with the standard of finish and the final, much cleaner, modern look.
