   Can not recommend Axis highly enough, my electric Mira shower had an error and I contacted a number of plumbers for help. Melanie at Axis got back to me really quickly, gave me great advice about my options and arranged to have the shower replaced very quickly. The engineer actually ended up coming to install it earlier than they had estimated. The engineer was super friendly and professional. Thanks Axis!

   Really impressed with this company - my request (by email) was answered within 2 hours and offered a date 2 days later and a time slot (10am to 2 pm). Pricing was clear and transparent on their website. On the day the chap turned up around 12 did the work as requested (replace kitchen sink basket waste) within half an hour and also checked the waste water pipe from the dishwasher as requested. A great job, well done and a friendly, efficient plumber to do it. The invoice arrive by mail soon after the job was completed, I would not hesitate to use Axis Plumbers again and to recommend them to anyone looking for professional, efficient service

   After a sudden failure on a Sunday (its always a Sunday!) of a pressure reducing valve with water everywhere, I called around a few 'emergency ' plumbers getting no reply. Axis were recommended by a friend, and they were superb, answered promptly, arranged an immediate visit and fixed the problem all before the afternoon was over.    I called Axis out in an emergency to fix a leak in my bathroom that was causing water to drip through the light fittings in the room below. Called at about 9.30 on a Saturday morning and the plumber was out with three hours. He fixed the leak quickly, using spares he had with him, doing a great job, leaving the site clean and tidy. I'll definitely use this company again, I'm really pleased with the service. Thank you!
