   Every interaction I had with the team was great from start to finish, I dealt with Gail at reception, she was lovely, down to earth and very helpful. Gemini provided regular phone updates and text messages about the progress of the repair and how it was going. I was provided a nice modern courtesy car as well. The quality of repair was nothing short of ousatnding. I had a whole front bumper replaced, censors, badge, grill and headlamp and licence plate. Parts can be difficult to source and the turnaround time was 3 weeks which I thought was very reasonable. Alignment of panels and paint matching was on point. Great job guys, and girls. Top marks

   Absolutely shocking standard of work Poor attention to detail Very poor service Gemini had my car after a lorry reversed into it paint did not mach trims went put back on properly wheels did not mach despite me telling them that I'd just had them re done 2 weeks prior to the accident paint was left on lights inside fuel cap marks inside car and the inside was totally covered in dust I mentioned about the wheels and paint when I picked the car up and was told it wouldn't be noticed once the car was dirty! Finally managed to get it back in to get things sorted and the car was passable but still a couple of issues that I thought I'd let slide as I couldn't be bothered with the hassle. Now 14 months later when washing the car a big chunk of paint has came of one of the repaired panels and they are telling me I had scratches in it and that's why it came off despite me getting 2nd opinions from 2 other garages who both said it's not been done properly! Would never recommend this garage and none of my vehicles will put to them
