   Despite having an annual service 5 days earlier, my 2 year old gas boiler began leaking water all over the kitchen floor on a Saturday morning, yes thats right no one open. Therefore contacted closest emergency boiler company and spoke to Colin. Service was very professional, kind, speedy and he was able to put me at ease advising the problem was fixed within an hour. The costing is always going to be higher in an emergency call out, but personally I would much prefer to seek help from someone who is not arrogant, rude, dispassionate about what they do for a living, unhelpful and working for a large finance driven company to inspect my boiler. Would recommend Colin to anyone who is seeking the same service

   I called AJ as cistern was faulty and leaking into the toilet bowl. He came within the hour and fixed it. AJ explained everything well. He is very conscientious and showed respect for the house. He also showed explained some other things related to plumbing in the house. Which was very helpful. I would use AJ anytime. I am Glad I found a good plumber!

   I cannot recommend AJ highly enough. Professional, calming, knows what he is doing and fixed the issues in one visit. AJ came to an emergency call out quickly and did a thorough assessment of what the issue could be. He explained everything and found and resolved the problems.    Excellent service from Amir. We had a cistern failure and a flooded bathroom floor on a Saturday morning. We phoned Amir and he was with us within an hour. He solved the problem quickly, efficiently, and was extremely pleasant and polite. It was a very reasonable price. We recommend him most highly. (I hope we we don't have to call him out again, but if we do, we'll be delighted to see him!)

   We cannot recommend this company enough! We initially called another company asking for a repair to our leaky boiler. They sadly let us down, so we contacted these guys and we're so glad that the first company pulled out. Khan is amazing! He arrived swiftly and really put us at ease. Issue fixed in no time and the price was fair for an emergency call out. If one man is a reflection of the company, these guys are awesome! We called them for an emergency, but will be using them for all our needs in future. Loyal customers have been made today!

   Be aware of this company, avoid like the plague! On Wednesday, I contacted this company for two issues we had with our toilet: the water kept running after flushing; a slow leak in the pipe under the toilet. They sent out two plumbers who fixed the flushing issue by a simple fix (no replacement of any parts). However both of them checked the pipe and couldn't find the leak. They said that we must have splashed water onto the floor and the pipe was totally fine. While they were at the place, I found a radiator leaking slowly and asked them to have a look. So they tightened the screws on the radiator. Then they said the job was done and asked me to pay them £240 for the work done in less than an hour. I paid them immediately even though I was shocked by how expensive it was (my fault I forgot to ask their rate beforehand), thinking they had done their job well. They took my email address and said that the office would email me an invoice shortly. After they left, I checked the pipe under the toilet again, and found it still leaking, I had my husband double check as well. I called the plumbers within five minutes after they left and told them about the leak and asked if they could come back to fix it. The plumber said that he could come back at another time, but had to charge me again. He was reluctant to tell me how much the charge would be. After I asked him again and again, he finally said it wouldn't be that expensive but at £60/hour. I didn't agree to proceed. At the same time, he asked me to check the radiator for the leak, the radiator was still leaking unfortunately. I didn't receive an invoice that day so I contacted the plumber again. He asked me again for my email address. I received an invoice later under a different company name, sent out by a plumber named Imran Khan. That seemed familiar; it turned out that it's also the name of their top Google reviewer who left a fabulous comment. On the following day, I called a different plumber who came, fixed the leaks and charged at a reasonable rate of £80. I felt scammed by 247 so I called them to ask for a refund of the overcharge. The person on the call asked me to send him a copy of the invoice from the other plumber I used to prove there was a leak so that they could refund me and told me that someone would call me back later to sort it out. Nobody called. I called 8 times that evening and they didn't answer. About half an hour later, the plumber they had sent called me back and kept apologizing for how I felt. He told me to call him directly in the future and he would fix any other issue I have for free. How bizarre! I told him I will never call this company for any work in the future. Still no refund from them after days of chasing. If you are looking for a reliable plumber, look somewhere else!!!
