Would not recomend this company as they did not get back in touch with us after several atempts to fix our boiler. They kept saying they were struggling to get a part and our boiler is more confused as than it was before firing up at random times through the night and no longer follows control from the timer or the thermostat. Not good in these times with the energy bills rising.

I had to amend my previous review. Peter came out to look at my boiler in December and I asked him to fix two radiators that were not working, he had previously told me they needed to replace the TRV valves so I asked him for this work to be done, he said you need to call a plumber which is a load of nonsense, asked him multiple times to do the work but he was unwilling to replace a couple of TRV valves and replace one radiator bracket. I organised for another heating engineer to do the work, took an hour and rads working again. Unfortunately Peter we wont be using you again and its a pity, you always seemed so helpful and now it seems you cant be bothered.
