    Critical Illness Claim I had a great experience with Resolute Claims! I wanted to drop the whole process when L&G refused my claim due to my health. I had been apprehensive about approaching a no win/no fee claims company, but on family advise, I went ahead. I am very glad that I did because Craig was very approachable. At our first call, he spent time listening to me and treating me as a person rather than a client. He provided advice without any obligation to instruct.     I can't thank Resolute Claims enough. I contacted Craig when Aviva refused my critical illness claim on a technicality and Craig was amazing!     Craig Syme of Resolute claims handled our claima against Legal and General . They refused to pay out on a critical illness claim. Craig took it to the Ombudsman and later after the Ombudsman found in our favour Legal and General appealed and it went to senior ombudsman who again found in our favour. I am convinced that without Craig's expertise and perseverance we would not have won. During this process Craig dealt with our daughter whose claim it was with sympathy and understanding. She died before resolution but Craig I know did his very best for her children. I cannot praise him highly enough. I know he was doing a job and taking a percentage but he earned every penny of it .
