DO NOT USE, failed my MOT on the bottom ball joint becoming detached and my front brake pads being less than 1.5mm thick as you can see in the picture the pads are 10mm thick, 2 other mechanics looked at the ball joint and couldn't see anything wrong with it nor could they get any play on it. Took it back for a retest and passed without doing any of the work
Took my car to be repaired, Arrived home shortly after picking it up to find a big dent and deep scratch on the bottom rear driver's side of the car. I chased this up for a few days, leaving a couple of messages to give to the manager but heard nothing. I called again and the manager 'Jay' answered. He seemed to have no idea what I was referring to so clearly my information had not been passed on to him from his staff. He did not care about my situation, overall having a very unprofessional attitude and ultimately blamed me for the damage. Also, the original job that was done seems to of not been done correctly as there are still problems. Avoid this company at all costs, complete cowboys.
Had a great experience with this garage, the manager Jay really took the time and made sure I was taken care of. Additionally, Ryan, the man working on my car, gave my car an in depth inspection and told me all the future maintenance required. Could not recommend Jay and Ryan enough! Great guys!
After driving to pick my daughter up from school, some kind motorists told me both my brake lights were out. Panicking about the drive home, I googled the closest garage and rung them to ask if they could quickly take a look and see if I needed new bulbs or if the electrics/ fuse was broken. They got me in straight away and fixed within 10minutes. Amazing service and truly thankful!
My mum and I have taken our cars in several times to this place for MOTs and their service has been absolutely superb every-time. Friendly and polite staff. Cannot fault them at all.

Rang to book my car in for MOT dropped it off the next morning - they did it whilst I was in work, unfortunately it failed but works completed and retested the next week within minutes of turning up with a pass! Great service! Friendly staff! Would definitely recommend and definitely use again!
My car is currently undergoing its MOT and Service. Ive been told its failed its MOT however this is not a complaint as Ive used Springvale MOT for years and they have always been excellent. They are professional and honest and will always do what they can to give value for money. Fact is cars do need repairs and sometimes they can be expensive. Even though we are moving away from our current area I fully intend to still use Springvale as good garages with integrity are very hard to find.
Absolutely outstanding service! Called the guys here on Friday, asked if they could fit me in for a MOT on the car, as it was due it's first - no problem they said and they booked me in. I dropped the car off earlier than it was due it's appointment due to work and having explained I wouldn't be finished work until around 5pm, they called just after saying the car was ready to be collected. Fast, efficient, reliable, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend these guys here.
