   After losing my dentist I visited for over 20 years and going to another one thereafter I had a bad experience. Well what can I say I joined this dentist maybe 1 to 2 years ago and I have nothing but praise I have always had a fear of the dentist but my dentist here is amazing and my hygienist! Nothing is ever too much trouble and they really care i feel in safe hands. Reception have always been fab as well. Keep doing what your doing fantastic dental practice. Thankyou for the fabulous service you provide.

   I have been coming to you with my family for about 15 years! We used to have Ivo for many years until Daniela took over, and to be honest I didn't think anyone could top Ivo, BUT I've had work done by Daniela today and she was absolutely amazing!!    I have been coming here for over 15 years and can honestly say the service has always been excellent. The whole team are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and a pleasure to deal with. I always see the same dentist, Despoina, which is great as it is so reassuring to have that familiar face every time. They always send plenty of reminders for upcoming appointments, and I have never had to wait long when I arrive, which makes everything so easy and stress free. I recently had my teeth whitened by Despoina and could not be happier with the results. I was given clear instructions throughout the whole process and felt completely looked after. The aftercare was brilliant too as I was even invited back once the treatment was finished just so they could make sure everything looked great. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone looking for a professional, caring, and reliable dentist.

   I had a deep clean done with Claire . She was amazing! So helpful. Lots of tips. And was so gentle. Was the first time I had a deep clean without having blood , spit and water sprayed onto my goggles. She was amazing!!!!

   Have regularly attended my appointments for years, However I had to rebook an appointment the day before due to work commitments, which would surely be fine as there are probably lots of people calling daily for urgent matters so this slot could be filled. My next appointment i could not attend due to being ill and have now been kicked off. So bit of advice for everyone if you are ill still go to your appointment and spread your germs otherwise they give you the boot!!

   Kind, happy and empathetic reception staff who answer the phone promptly and go above and beyond to help. Daniela, the dentist I saw today was patient and talked me through options. They took the time to explain everything. Nothing was too much trouble.

   I was very impressed by how commited the dentist (I believe it was Ms. Miroiu?) was to ensuring I wasn't in pain during a filling. She used numbing cream before injections and checked in throughout. She and her nurse really put me at ease. The reception staff were also very polite. All in all I would recommend.

   I had a minor dental issue so called the surgery for advice. The receptionist took my information and offered a call back by the end of day. She called me 2 hours later with information to treat my problem. She was really kind and efficient. Thank you for your help.

   Been going to this dentist for many years and the staff are truly amazing. Bianca my dentist is such a lovely lady and a brilliant dentist with a great personality and a really caring person and her assistant Aimee is also great - such a good team. Sam on reception is great she even recognises us from our voice when we have to phone up and always has a smile on her face. She has great customer service skills as does Jackie on reception. We actually look forward to going to the dentist because they are such a great team. Thank you all we think your amazing. Dave and Belinda

   I had a dental appointment at Kingswood Dental Centre, Two Mile Hill Road. My experience was amazing , I do no like going to the dentist but they made me feel very calm and reassured me . Would highly recommend this practice. All the staff were amazing.
