Fabulous Service. I had an implant done 15 years ago by Alex. It has been fantastic but the porcelain crown fell off last Saturday. Managed to get an appointment this week and he popped it back on again. Really happy with excellent service

I’m aware of the pressure that all dentists are under. I have a very painful problem under my bottom left denture, it was refusing to get better. I was anxious in case it was something sinister. I rang and was told to ring in the morning, which I did. I was given an emergency appointment at 11am that day - nothing sinister! All staff (especially reception!) are so brilliant! All deserve the greatest possible brilliant thanks and positive reviews. Thank you so much.

I have been a patient of this dental practice for over twenty years. I recently had two implants carried out by Alex. The care and professionalism was superb from the outset. I was extremely pleased with the results and I have no hesitation in recommending the practice.
I was referred here from my regular dentist for a tooth extraction. Being that the dentist isn't the most pleasant experience, I can honestly say the service and care I received here was phenomenal. I was seen by Dr Alexander Greig, who I cannot praise more for his bedside (chairside?) manner. He walked me through the entire process of what would be happening, and made me feel completely comfortable before going ahead with anything. The procedure itself took about 2 minutes, injections and all. I was astounded! I even got to say goodbye to the tooth, and thank it for their years of service and hard work. I then received a courtesy call the next day to see how I was doing, which I really appreciated. Possibly the best dental surgery in Bristol!
I was referred to Alex and Emma for an extraction. I was admittedly quite nervous as it has been quite a toothache/pain-prone tooth, but I didn't need to be. Great experience from start to finish. I was referred for 2 extractions with Alex. On the morning of the appointment I had an attack of nerves and phoned to talk to the reception staff who were excellent - they responded with compassion and sensitivity, reassuring me enough to come in for the appointment but with no pressure. Alex was really lovely and listened to my concerns, and I didn’t feel rushed or dismissed at any point. It feels strange to say that having 2 teeth out was my best experience at the dentist but it was! Thank you
