Very friendly and professional staff. Our dentist is Afzal, first appointment with him since Covid and he was fantastic with my daughters. They were apprehensive prior to their appointment however they were put at ease and welcomed by all members of the team.
Had a hygienist appointment booked and paid for in advance and they phone me up a day before to charge me an extra £20. Needless to say I cancelled the appointment and got a refund.
I have been with Apple dentist for years and had great service, not any more. Seen twice, temporary filling done by two different dentist both times fell out. Charged emergency fee both times and told I would have to pay another assessment fee to see another dentist as only one dentist stayed who did the first filling that fell out, but he is not taking on any more people so I will have to wait for another dentist to start with the practice in October end of .
Absolutely amazing care - I recently had two wisdom teeth (one was impacted) out and from start to finish the professionalism, care and information given throughout the procedure from Alex and the nurse was second to none. My previous experience of having a wisdom tooth out and it was absolutely horrendous at the University Dental Hospital in the city centre, myself, my father as well as colleagues of mine have has some awful experiences there. I cannot thank Alex and his brilliant nurse enough for their kindness and patience and words of encouragement throughout the procedure and because Alex knows exactly what he is doing my recovery has been much quicker than before. I would recommend Apple Dental Practice in Yate to anyone and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else in future. Thank you so, so much
I have had several dentists over the years but can't recommend Alex Greig highly enough. I had an implant done a few years ago everything was explained in great detail and the work carried out to the highest standards. In the last week I had to have an extraction, one of his first patients after lock down. This also was carried out in the most professional and efficient manner and Mr Greig was as gentle as could be for an extraction!! If you are looking for a Dental practice look no further than Apple, the whole staff at the practice are excellent.
