I received a beautiful pearl bracelet from my friends from Jenny Blossom. Unfortunately it snapped, I was able to retrieve all the pearls. When I took it back to get restrung the lady (Jenny I think) said she would get onto her supplier and try to get a replacement instead of repairing. Got a replacement today and I am delighted. Would highly recommend this jewellers, lots of lovely pieces and the after service is superb.

I had a wonderful experience creating a new diamond cluster ring using existing rings of great sentimental value. Jenny and her team helped me shape an initial idea into my dream design. They were so patient, enthusiastic and willing to help at any stage. I’d have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone.
I spent a lot of time deciding on the ring I wanted to go with my emerald ring, which was also designed by Jenny. She has the patience of a saint and the final design was beautiful, but the real thing is absolutely stunning! It's perfect in every way and I can't recommend Jenny enough!
We bought our wedding rings from Jenny Blossom. What a wonderful, personal, friendly experience! Jenny was helpful and patient, nothing was too much trouble. Jenny and her husband (West End jeweller Liam Ross)also helped my husband design my beautiful engagement ring and then helped him to choose the perfect drop pearl earrings I wore on the day. He would have been lost without them so thank you so much! We are so lucky to have this gem of a shop in Midlothian ❤️
If you are a bride to be, you need to visit Jenny Blossom! Jenny and her team are so welcoming and knowledgeable. We went to Jenny Blossom for our wedding rings and had a great experience in the shop, trying different styles of wedding bands without any pressure to buy. Once we had picked our rings, Jenny suggested a few ideas to make our rings more personal which has made them extra special. I paid another visit to Jenny Blossom with my daughter before the wedding and we were both delighted to find unique hair accessories and jewellery for the big day. All in all a great local shop for brides to be with amazing staff and beautiful jewellery to suit all budgets.
I’d highly recommend Jenny blossom. I originally went in to see Jenny to get my engagement and eternity ring repaired but unfortunately they were so badly damaged they were beyond repair. Jenny and her team suggested re designing both rings using the gold and stones from the damaged rings, Jenny and her team were extremely patient and after several consultations we came up with the new designs, moulds were made and it wasn’t till I was sure I was happy that the rings were made. I’m over the moon with the finished results, I can’t thank them enough, Jenny blossom is the place to go for all your jewellery needs, I’ll definitely be recommending them to everyone I know.
