Had the best experience in the edinburgh store today with my fiancée. We were buying our wedding rings and Elisa helped us to pick the exact styles we were looking for while taking into account our budget too. We were treated to drinks throughout and she polished my fiancée’s engagement ring while we were in too. Really happy with the service such friendly and relatable staff.

Went into this shop to look for a watch for my birthday! I went in with a specific idea - they didn't have it in stock. Found myself leaving the shop with something I wasn't sure about. Went to return it the day later and was informed that this company DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS!!! This was NOT mentioned prior to purchase. Worse still, if links have been removed from a watch, its NON EXCHANGEABLE. When you're spending a lot of money on a product, you want to feel like you can trust the company you buy it from. I feel ripped off and all the joy has gone! PLEASE AVOID.

Had such a wonderful experience here! Walked in with my best friend to buy my wedding band (as my fiancé was at work). We were treated with respect and given the staff’s full attention from the get go. Sarah was so lovely and helpful, and patiently assisted me whilst I tried on multiple different styles and shapes. The whole interaction felt natural and at no point was a forced or influenced into a purchasing decision. I found the perfect match for my style and budget. She set the ring aside for me and my fiancé and I returned a few hours later to purchase and order my size ring. We were offered prosecco and a beer and toasted to a very special moment in our lives. I returned a few days later to collect my ring and even though Sarah was not in, another lovely staff member happily assisted me to collect and fit my ring, all whilst chatting about the stresses that comes with organising a wedding (haha). I’d recommend Chisholm Hunter to anyone and look forward to returning to purchase more jewellery in the future!
Brilliant customer service. I was in the store a few times as my watch bracelet needed repairing and saw several members of staff - all of them were fantastic and provided an excellent customer service. A special mention goes to Darran who made sure my watch arrives back from workshop on time for my holiday and made me feel like a valued customer.
I would like to compliment the young boy who served me today at Princes St branch Edinburgh today. I was browsing in the shop window and he took the time to come out the shop to offer assistance. There was no hard sell involved but with his help I managed to come up with a perfect pair of affordable 9 carat gold stud earrings. 5 stars.
