My wife and I both recently had implants. The whole procedures from start to finish were handled very efficiently and professionally, but at the same time in a very relaxed manner. Well worth every penny for an implant that feels as if it has always been there.
I have been a patient at this practice for over 30 years all the DENTIST I’ve had have been wonderful very helpful compassionate and thoughtful my new DENTIST TOM has been an extremely good DENTIST always friendly chatty and now he’s give me my smile back with a fantastic plate which fits perfectly, also a very special person to me is ROSE who works on reception When we lost our son, she was very kind compassionate and generally thoughtful. We always have a nice chat when I come in. So for me, I would always stick with this practice because they’ve been good to me over the past 30+ years Mr TUGWELL
The practice is efficiently run with competent staff at all levels. I am impressed by their adoption and use of modern technology, from computerised check-in to 3D imaging of my mouth. I can't speak highly enough of my own dentist Tom Friend, whose personable style and utter professionalism makes even the most daunting visit agreeable (well, as agreeable as visit to a dentist can be). As we all know, private dentistry is not cheap. So, a sense that one is receiving the very best of service is vital. I would recommend Wellsway Dentist Practice to anyone.
Over my 10 years as a patient of the practice I have received excellent treatment, ranging from periodic check ups to root canal, crown and implant work. Service levels from reception, hygienists, dental nurses and dentists have been first class. I could not recommend my hygienist Anna Morley and dentist Tom Friend highly enough.
I've been coming to Wellsway Dental Practice since I was very young, I'm not quite so young now (!), but I wouldn't go anywhere else. The care I have received from the dentists has always been exceptional. I recently needed a complicated root canal filling which was carried out over two appointments by Mr Tom Friend. Despite not having had treatment with Tom before, he instantly made me feel at ease and it was very apparent that he is a very skilled and caring dentist. I can't thank him enough for saving my tooth.

It was a while ago when I had 2 teeth Root Canal treatments done with Mr. Tom Friend. Excellent professional. Highly recommending for anyone this place. Especially Mr. Friend please at any time! No pain during treatment only slight ache after but only with my first teeth, as it was a little more complicated one. The second was completely pain free even recovery. Thank you Mr. Friend for your great work!
Very impressed with the service. I broke a tooth yesterday afternoon, phoned at 16.15 and was given an appointment for 12.15 today. By 12.45 I was on my way home with a perfectly repaired tooth, the old metal filling replaced with a much better white one, no pain or discomfort at all. Highly recommended!
I had a 2hr root canal procedure, completed in the most professional way. Being my first experience of this procedure (and of Wellsway Dental Practice), my dentist, Tom, put me at ease right away, explaining the process clearly beforehand. Nothing felt rushed or too much trouble, despite me mentioning having dentist anxiety in the past at other practices. I felt comfortable throughout the whole procedure. When I looked at my tooth afterwards, I couldn’t see a trace of the work carried out and I had zero discomfort that evening or in the days after. It was like I had imagined the whole thing! Brilliant, top flight work of the highest standard. I would highly recommend to anyone who is anxious about dentistry or if you are having a root canal like me. I’m now totally pain free, having a badly infected abscess for over a month previously and now actually can’t stop smiling! The receptionists were fantastic over the phone, polite, professional and friendly, with great communication from start to finish. The very best experience a trip to the dentist can ever be!
Wellsway Dental Practice is brilliant. I would recommend them to anyone, especially if you are nervous. I spent many years not visiting the dentist due to fear and anxiety. I have been looked after so well by the dentists and hygienists here that I no longer have any concern to book my check ups and hygienist appointments. They have helped to get my teeth and gums back to a healthy condition!
