I am a nervous dental patient and today I finally had to have some dental work done - a tooth extraction. I have been worrying about it for days but I have to say that Catherine handled me incredibly well, reassured me and told me only what I wanted to know (too much info can be a bad thing!). Once the numbing had taken effect she removed the tooth in a matter of a minute completely without any pain. They are friendly, accommodating and I would definitely recommend them. My first visit to the practice was wonderful. I was seen by Dr Sonya Qureshi who completed a thorough examination and even offered to clean my teeth as she had extra time! I was quite nervous about the clean but Sonya was very communicative and took things slow and gentle. I’m so happy with my new shiny white teeth and wish I’d booked in sooner. The friendliest and most helpful reception staff I’ve ever encountered, and my dentist (Dr Sonya Qureshi) was totally brilliant. Dentist was communicative about my treatment, explained everything to me clearly, was friendly and easy to talk to. I needed urgent dental work when visiting Bristol and these people sorted me out at short notice, I couldn’t be happier.
From first contact with the receptionist on the phone I got the feeling that this was a nice practice. I was right! The initial assessment with Steve Thompson my dentist was thorough and realistic. My treatment today was pain free and I got to relax. My visit to Adam Taylor was actually enjoyable! He was knowledgeable, gentle and kind. I am pleased to have found this practice after my previous dentist retired.
I can't speak too highly of this practice. My family have been patients here for about 30 years and have had excellent advice and treatment. Our dentist, Lorna, takes time to put people at their ease and to explain and discuss options. The whole team, dentists, nurses and reception are friendly and professional.

I came to Redland Road Dental Practice eight years ago with my teeth and gums in a poor state. With the excellent care of the team - especially from Steve Thompson and the hygienists - my dental health was transformed. It can be difficult to find a good dentist, but when you do, it makes a huge difference to quality of life. Highly recommended
It feels genuine to leave 5 stars as for my personal experience I can say that Sonya has done an excellent Job with me. I was very nervous and anxious, but after couple of appointments I felt I trusted her. I'm very pleased with the end result and I would chose her again. Also, Melanie is a very nice assistant, she's very attentive!
Such a great dental practise! The staff are great with my young children and put them at ease, so there is never any upset about going. They are always accommodating when booking appointments too, which makes life easier! Steve Thompson has been a brilliant dentist to us, offering honest advice and providing excellent dental care to me and my family.
