I was extremely nervous about a tooth extraction, on the day all staff were understanding and helped to reassure me. Roxy carried out the procedure keeping me informed and calm the whole way, Sally was encouraging and comforting which meant the process was carried out in a controlled and friendly manner. I’ve been attending the surgery for about 2 years now since moving to the area and always appreciate the friendly atmosphere and kindness the staff show. I would recommend treatment with Castle Gate and hope to use them for many years to come.

Castle Gate Dental Practice are truly outstanding in every respect. My partner and I joined a couple of years ago, and it’s honestly one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. From the moment you walk through the door, the team on reception make you feel completely welcome. They’re friendly, professional, and always go above and beyond to make sure your appointments are convenient and regular. I’ve never once been kept waiting, which means so much when you’re squeezing an appointment into a busy workday! Every dentist I’ve seen has been reassuring, gentle, and clearly an expert at what they do. Recently, I had some trouble with a wisdom tooth and called the practice hoping for a quick appointment. Incredibly, I was seen just two hours later. After a careful discussion, it was decided the best option was to remove the tooth and within five days, the procedure was done. Despite my nerves, I was looked after with the utmost care and compassion. What really impressed me was the follow-up call the next day to check how I was feeling and to offer further advice if needed. That personal touch makes all the difference. I honestly can’t praise Castle Gate Dental Practice highly enough. They’re professional, caring, efficient, and genuinely put their patients first. I am so happy with the care I have received at Castle Gate. Like most people, I had major fears about going to the dentist, but I can honestly say those feelings have completely gone! I have just recently had some work done by Louise, which I am over the moon with. She and her nurses (Sally and Jo) were so lovely to me and put me totally at ease throughout my 2 hour appointments. The rest of the team are equally as welcoming and I can’t recommend this dental practice enough. Thank you all for making my experience a fabulous one!
I have been going to Castle Gate Dental for lots of years. They are simply the best and do an excellent job. Their star performance was realigning and setting my teeth after a very bad accident .
After a bad experience elsewhere we registered our children here for their first post-COVID check-ups. The whole process was very straightforward and the service we received was excellent. The reception staff were very welcoming and friendly, and remembered speaking to be on the phone. We didn't have to wait very long to see the dentist, and the service we received was fantastic. She took the time to explain what she was doing and why, answering questions my son had, and even taking him through how the x-ray worked and exactly what she was looking for on the images. It didn't feel at all rushed, and was a very clam and informative experience. Definitely recommended.

Just been for my first visit to this practice for a root canal treatment. Treated by Emma (with superb assistance by Amy). Friendly, professional, accurate and knowledgeable about everything they do. I was put at ease with detailed explanations about what was happening. Everything was swift but precise, meaning I didn't feel discomfort and stress as they worked quickly but accurately. Bizarre to say this, but I'm looking forward to my next visit to the dentist!
