I had three extractions and two root extractions today , Rachael talked through everything she was doing which put me at ease and I felt very comfortable with the procedure would highly recommend.
Rachel is a really knowledgable dentist and always makes me feel at ease. As a nervous patient she has really made me comfortable and informed enough to make decisions.
A great dentist, hygienist and reception staff. Silvie on reception and Diane are great. Diane is very bubbly and cannot help you enough and Silvie was very accommodating when I wanted an earlier appointment. Diane gives great advice on how to look after your teeth.
A lot of people hate going to the dentist, but i actually look forward to it. I get a lovely greeting from Diane and Vina and feel completely at ease. Vina talks to me a lot, she is so friendly and i have complete trust in Diane.
I have to say the reception team have been incredibly helpful, Nigel went above and beyond to assist me with paperwork, his kindness and efficiency made the whole experience very smooth. I appreciate how this practice takes patient privacy seriously. taking all the necessary precautions to ensure my clients information was protected. Thank you Nigel, and the team for your excellent service.
I visited this Dental Practice on 25/11/22 and had yet another great experience. The staff on Reception welcomed me warmly upon arrival and made me feel immediately valued as a customer and I felt very much at ease. The Practice appears extremely professionally run. I was seen promptly, and the Dentist called Rachel was very nice, polite and informative and the professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. The environment is clean and bright and the procedure I had was straight forward and pain free. I would recommend this Practice to anyone. My treatment was fully explained to me by the Dentist who was courteous enough to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions and gave me a clear treatment plan showing what work she would carry out and the costs involved. I cannot rate my experience highly enough. If you are considering coming to this practice rest assured, you will be well looked after. At my previous visit on 21/2/22 for a filling, Monica the Dentist was extremely polite and knowledgeable. She explained clearly what she was doing, was gentle, giving excellent advice and a clear treatment plan. The reception team on the day were very warm and pleasant and overall I found the experience could not have been any better. Again I was made to feel welcome and valued as a customer with waiting times kept to a minimum. Well done BUPA. 10/10 and 5 stars.
First time visiting this dental practice and I have to say I was throughly impressed. Greeted by Nigel and Kate on reception both really happy and helpful. I had a check up with Megan and Bella the whole process was easy and faultless and then a clean with the hygienist Kelly, all members of staff were very professional and helpful.
I recently had lip fillers with Diane and it was a great experience! I was made to feel very comfortable. Diane explained the whole process, she is very informative and knowledgeable. I was numb with local anaesthetic which made the whole process more relaxing and made me feel at ease. I am delighted with my natural results.
I’ve been a patient of Diane for a few years and I’ve nothing but great things to say about her. I’m always greeted with a warm welcome and she’s always got time for a chat and a catch up - I initially went to her for my orthodontics, and I am beyond thrilled with the results, even all these years later! Her assistant Vina is lovely too, as well as the reception staff and the hygienists. Can’t recommend this practice highly enough - Always look forward to my check ups :) Thanks again all!
