As always, exemplary care from Sandeep. He has a fantastic manner that puts our slightly nervous children at ease, and he also provides clear, understandable advice. We feel very fortunate to have him as our family dentist.
Dee-Ann is always warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful at the front desk. She makes the check-in process smooth and answered all my questions with patience and a smile. A wonderful first impression of the dental of surgery. Our family Dentist is Veronica and her assistant Sophie are always professional, gentle, and attentive. They take the time to explain every step and make sure we are all comfortable throughout each visit. Highly recommend The Parks dental practice.
Really lovely dental practice that our family has been coming to regularly for years. The reception staff are so friendly and helpful and our dentist, Mo, is great too. He helped my anxious teen feel calmer by explaining each step of the treatment.
Great dental centre, my first visit since leaving the Military. Reception staff were lovely and very helpful with sorting my Bupa claim out as it was the first time. My dentist Mohammad Sharif was brilliant. Very helpful with explaining everything, and putting me at ease with any issues. The Hygienist team were great. I normally dread these appointments but they were so good.

We can only speak as we find and my experience has always been very good. Recently moved from keynsham to Devon with no chance of registering at a new practice whether NHS or Private. I therefore travel up to Keynsham and the receptionists have always been really kind and understanding. Sad to be losing Sandeep as my dentist of many years in the practice but look forward to meeting my new one.
I attended this practice today and was very pleased with my visit. I found the staff to be really friendly and helpful. The whole practice was very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family members. Keep up the good work all NHS staff.
I switched to this practice 2-3 years ago as an NHS patient (before they were bought out by BUPA). The dentist I have had, Sandeep Achar, has been great in dealing with a crown that had been put in by a previous dentist but kept working loose. My only quibble is that it can take a while to get an appt, but they do offer to put you on a list so if anyone cancels you get seen quicker. I would recommend them.
I’ve always found reception a little frosty and they kind of forget who the client is. Go in for hygienist, appointment 10min late (which is reasonable for a dentist). I had a 40 min appointment, the shortest they do and I was in the building for a total of 20mins where it felt rushed. They charged £69 for a 40 min session. Either need to allow shorter sessions or spend more time on clean. Hygienist was knowledgeable to be fair.
