   A Wonderful, Caring Practice! From Shelley the Practice Manager, Julie the Nurse and not forgetting the exceptional Clinician Ioannis. My journey with this Team has been life changing. Yes, I've had the swelling and the bruising, but honestly it was painless and the end results have been fantastic! Julie the Nurse was so caring, its like she goes through the journey with you!. Ioannis my Clinician is a true expert at what he does. If you are considering All on 4 Implants, dont dare go anywhere else! Thank you all x x

   I have just started to process to have two implants to replace two broken / damaged teeth. I have had in mind for a few years to get the teeth done, but in all honesty my fear of what it would mean had put me off. I got to the point of no choice, either loose the teeth and wear dentures or implants. Given what I read on line and the 'speciality' focus of this practice I began the journey. Ok, so I'm only at the first phase, having had the two teeth removed and two implants inserted. I now have to wait for 3 months before 'teeth' can be fitted. But, I can honestly say, if you are thinking of getting it done - Do so! Ioannis is superb, he knows his stuff, is gentle, efficient and obviously highly skilled. I was only in the chair for 40 mins, I had no feeling of any work being done & honestly zero pain afterwards ( it's now been 10 days since). I will update again after the teeth fitting, but if I had to do it again, I would. The team and Ioannis are excellent. OK, so had final teeth fitted in December. They fit perfect, look totally natural and work as you would expect teeth to work! I can't fault this service or practice in any way, I can only offer positive feedback about the whole experience. Based on my experience I would encourage anyone pondering the idea of implants - just do it. I am so glad I did.

   Just do it. Pick up the phone, make an initial appointment with these guys and begin your journey to get your teeth sorted out. I did...and it's up there as one of the best decisions I've ever made. The first step was hard (i.e. the phone call), but from there onwards the small, very friendly and professional team at Almondsbury Implant Clinic took control, sorted me out and here I am, five months after that first phone call, absolutely delighted with the results. I really can not recommend them highly enough. Ioannis is an experienced implant specialist, and you can trust him completely because he is clearly great at his job. His attention to detail, the professional standards he sets himself and his thoroughness - all so reassuring throughout. Julie is his more-than-capable assistant and her constant reassurance and chair-side manner makes any minor discomfort bearable, somehow. And for Shelly and Eloise on the desk, nothing is too much trouble - lovely people all. But I am not motivated to leave this review to simply praise the people involved. It's the results that are all important. My teeth were in a right state, and I lacked confidence because of them (and had done for many years). Now...they are perfect and very natural looking. Better than I could have imagined possible. And it all came to be as a consequence of that first, somewhat nervous phone call and initial appraisal appointment. Do it. These guys are the best in the business (obviously, I've never been anywhere else. But I can't imagine what 'better' looks like?).

   After not visiting a dentist for almost 10 years I plucked up the courage to make an appointment and wow was I glad I did. I only had a few teeth left which were loose and awful to look at and I was so conscious of this and very miserable. However, the team at Bristol (Yannis, Julie, Shelley and Vicky) were absolutely fantastic - very professional but so caring and understanding. After my initial consultation I quickly decided to go ahead and have full upper and lower implants but was so terrified, although I shouldn't have been as the team were absolutely wonderful. I am now reaping the rewards of their outstanding work and I could never thank them enough for turning my life around - I am very proud of my implants and so happy now and just cannot stop smiling. The only regret is that I waited so long and wasted so many years.

   Value for money & excellent service. My regular dentist wanted to charge more for lower quality implants. After needing two implants, I don't want to risk my remaining teeth, so I changed to absolute best dentist in my area for my regular dental work. This new dentist securitised the implant that Yannis inserted & confirmed: Excellent! Further to above. My scan after 6 months was useful and interesting, because Yannis placed this & previous scan on screen & explained the changes. Yannis, also physically examined the implant / crown / jaw etc.

   They offer a superb service here at a reasonable price. I have to say I was very impressed with my whole treatment plan - until my appointment this morning! After my final treatment session I was told to make a follow up appointment for six months to check all was well. I readily agreed to this and duly went to my appointment this morning. After a five minute consultation and an x-ray being taken I was told all was well, which I already knew as I had had no problems. I was then invited to make another appointment for one year hence which I was in the process of doing until Shelly informed me there was a £75 fee for today's appointment and the same £75 again for the next one. I was absolutely outraged and objected strongly to making this payment. It was inferred when this appointment was made that it was a follow up to the treatment and was part of the treatment plan - never at any time was a £75 fee mentioned. Needless to say I had to make the payment, but I would advise future clients to be very careful about what is and is not included in their treatment plan. Again, I have to say I was very impressed with the treatment I received but this has left a very sour taste and to my mind totally avoidable. If I had been told I had to pay for this appoointment I would not have made it as I knew there was nothing wrong but I was told it was part of the package. Very, very bad practice by this company and I am bitterly disappointed as I have been recommending them to all my friends. This would have had five stars if not for this incident!
