   Disgusting place with disgusting employees. I had my septum incorrectly pierced here and was left pouring blood for over a week until they would remove it. I was ignored for over a month and then decided to go into the shop for a refund. I’m a 21 year old woman and entered the shop alone, I was approached by two men one in his 70s and in his 30s who immediately began shouting at me and accusing me of lying. This was done in front of multiple other customers including 3 very young girls who looked terrified. When asking the elderly man to refrain from trying to intimidate me he stated ‘oh don’t make it into one of those things’. He then screamed in my face to get out of the shop and to take him to court. Please avoid at all costs if you are a young girl, what I encountered today was unbelievable and would’ve left anyone else in tears. Abusing your customers is not okay.

   Me and my friend went the other day for nose piercings, couldn’t have gone any better. Most amazing piercer, made me feel so calm and at ease whilst getting it done. Considering I was panicking beforehand. Never seen someone pierce as fast as he did!! Highly recommend this place, great environment and great people overall!

   Had my septum pierced today, everything was explained so well (what he was doing and why, aftercare etc). was made to feel very comfortable and double checked i was okay throughout the whole thing. such a positive experience. the piercing itself was super quick and the pain was very very minimal (my lobe piercings hurt more!). would recommend to anyone!!

   I had an industrial piercing done here. The waiting time was pretty short, and the man who did the piercing was kind and walked me through what he was doing as he did it. Gave clear, helpful instructions on care / what to expect, and an instruction manual too. Price was entirely average and the website was helpful. I would definitely come here again!

   I love this place, the piercer is so patient and kind, as well as professional and knowledgeable. I'm absolutely terrible with any needles or pain, I got my lobes done with 3.2mm rings which I'll be stretching once healed, and he was very patient and caring throughout. I highly recommend Stigmata for those who want piercings, it's clean, tidy, the staff are friendly and the prices are really good! My suggestion would be, as it is walk-in only, to turn up early so you can be fitted in, it can get busy and you might get turned away if it's getting close to closing time and there are people waiting there already - and bring cash as they don't accept card.
