   I had a great experience at Burger King recently, and I want to give a special shoutout to Andrew, one of the staff members who truly made the visit stand out. From the moment I walked in, Andrew greeted everyone with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. He was polite, patient, and very efficient — even during a busy rush. He handled our order accurately and made sure everything was fresh and just how we wanted it. You could tell he cares about doing his job well and making customers feel valued. In a fast food setting, it's rare to come across someone who goes the extra mile, but Andrew definitely did. Kudos to Burger King for having such a dedicated and friendly team member. Service like this keeps people coming back!

   Tasty, we picked the bacon double cheeseburger using the in-store screens and thought we needed to pick 2 to get two burgers in the bun we got 4 burgers in each :-) and sadly no bacon. Burgers appear to have shrunk in size. Tasty.

   The food is so much better than McDonald's. The burger had flavour and colour and taste meaty. The server was friendly and the guy delivering to the cars in the car park was clearly doing it with a smile, although we ate in. The burger, chicken nuggets and fries were all cooked to order and were hot on arrival. As for atmosphere, c'mon, I don't expect atmosphere in a fast food restaurant, they are what they are.

   It would have been rated higher if we had been able to order at the counter, or if their computer screen worked properly! I took my son along to get him a burger as a treat. We went to the counter where a member of staff was standing to order our food, and I was told I had to order at the kiosk... It was a Monday at 4pm and it was quiet at the time. I felt this was quite rude. If I had wanted to order at the kiosk, that should have been my choice, and I would not have went to the counter. I managed to find the kids meals, I selected a burger meal with no ketchup, and confirmed it like the screen asked. When we got home and I gave him his burger, it had ketchup on it! I feel a human taking the order would have been more likely get the order right? There were quite a few members of staff around, so I don't see why ordering from the counter was not an option? To be honest, I don't know if we will be back because of being told to use the kiosk. The bag I paid 10p for looked a mess too. It looked like it had tape stuck to it, then ripped off. Something I wouldn't have been fussed about if I hadn't had to pay 10p for it. Surely if you select takeaway a bag should be in the price already?

   Absolutely the worst service and quality I have ever experienced in any burger joint in 3 continents. An order for 2 people and they got nothing right, even the drinks are disgusting. I'm never going back and would recommend anyone else to go instead to your nearest chippy.
