   We spent over a year working with Cox & Co to purchase an investment property. Over the course of many delays in the transaction, it became clear that we had been given incomplete and at times completely untrue information. We were not adequately informed about upcoming legislation affecting rental properties, and our investment representative severely downplayed the impact these new laws could have on our investment. When our deal fell through due to circumstances that really could have been foreseen, we asked our agent why he hadn't warned us of this possibility, even though when it happened he'd said it was a common issue. "We hoped it wouldn't come up," was the best he could say, while shifting blame to surveyors and banks. The problems with the survey were a blessing in disguise -- we withdrew our offer and will take our business to a more trustworthy management company.

   After our initial discussions, Cox & Co have been brilliant at sourcing purchasers for my investment properties off market. The process have been as smooth as it can be and everyone has gained: I have sold my properties quickly, the purchaser has gained an investment income from the start and the tenants have not been inconvenienced. I will definatly be using them again and I would also recommend them to others considering disposing of their rental properties.
